1-yr post-CS looking for best belly support for exercise
Hi, it’s been a year since I gave birth via CSection (bikini cut). Now, I have been trying to do non-vigorous exercises but failed. I always end up with painful & uncomfortable feeling in my cs wound. What can you recommend for a best belly support for exercise that supports the lower abdomen, too? Appreciate your help.
