    Hello momsh! Mas mganda kng bbwasan mo na ang kanin pra hnd lumaki c baby. Then oatmeal every morning pra hnd ka mhrapan mag poop, khit mngank kna na. Vegetables araw arw 1cup. Every meal. Pwede nmn iba iba. Ung mga gsto mong gulay especially malunggay.Then sa prutas hnd pwede ung mtamis. Like banana, watermelon. Sadya kasing my sugar na sya so moderate lng. Avocado pwede arw arw kc masustansya tlga sya.ang water intake mo, dpende sa doctor kng ayos lng ba ang tubig sa tyan mo or kulang. Kc kng kulang, 3litters everyday.Ung vitamins mo na ferrous at calcuim don't forget.
