constipation problem

Morning mummys can u please hlp if u hv cum across the same problem or u might know how to prevent it ..m 34 weeks constipated when i toilet blood was cuming out like in clots what can i do to prevent it please help its painful

Have you consulted your gynae? They can prescribe stool softener. I drank prune juice too!
