Bunda" .... aku kan baru kehamilan 6 bulan, kalau malam ba'da isya bener gak si gak boleh makan nasi (menu utama) ? aku di larang sama mbah (nenek) takut nanti ukuran berat badan dede nya tambah besar , padahal di rumah adanya itu

    sebaiknya emang engga, itu nasihat yang bagus, sebagai gantinya nyetok kentang, ubi, singkong, pisang tanduk setengah mateng buat direbus, oatmeal atau buah-buahan. Kalo laper malem, makan rebusan, atau bikin oatmeal, atau nyemil buah, atau makanan lain yg indeks glikemiknya tinggi, untuk membantu biar ga kena diabetes kehamilan
