itu mulai kontraksi bu, udha bukaan / belum tahunya kalau di cek. bisa ke bidan terdekat dulu untuk cek pembukaan. Masing2 orang beda, ada yg nyeri brp jam udh bukaan berapa, sementara dulu aku kontraksi 2 hati belum ada bukaan sama sekali.
