Cup feeding

Hi mommies, I wanted to try cupfeeding. I am exclusively breastfeeding and just wanted to try cupfeeding in case na may kailangan akong puntahan. Naresearch ko kasi na cup feeding is better than bottle feeding para di manipple confuse si baby. I just want to ask what kind of cup to use?
