First Trimester

Hi everyone! My wife is in her first tri. She’s having common symptoms like nausea and back pain. I would like to help her as much as i could. Nak tanya suggestion mommies and daddies here. 1) will back brace help with her back pain or U-shape pillow is better? 2) for her nausea will barley drink help?

1) Up to her comfortability, both good enough tbh 2) I don't think so. If her nausea getting worse, u can bring her to clinic
