Bayi belum masuk panggul

Bunda semuanya, saya hamil 39w1d tapi bayi belum masuk panggul, bbj minggu kemarin 3500gram , 1x lilitan tali pusat, udah sering jalan kaki dan senam hamil, baru ngerasain sakit punggung dan konpal. gimana ya bun biar cepet masuk panggul, galau dan khawatir, hpl 17 feb
