What to eat when you have Gestational Diabetes

I am currently diagnosed having GDM and im having hard time knowing what to eat.

Ask your OB po, minsan nag sa-suggest ng insulin therapy, ang tanging opisyal na medikasyon para sa GD. Sa tulong din ng isang nutritionist, maaaring magplano ng masustansiya at ligtas na meal plan. Small but frequent meal sa halip na 2-3 full meal a day. Bawas din po sa carbs lalong lalo na sa matatamis at kain ng complex carbohydrates na may fiber. Sariwang prutas, gulay at whole-grain products. Huwag na huwag din po magpapalipas ng gutom dahil ito ang pangunahing sanhi ng pagtaas ng blood sugar levels.
