My kids are picky eaters.so,i always ask them what they want to eat to make sure they'll finish the dish.is it a good idea or it's making things worse?

I think it’s alright mama, I understand the struggle in getting your child to eat right or getting them to even eat at all 😭.. As long as you keep the balance, it should be fine. Perhaps you could negotiate a deal where they get to choose what they want to eat from Monday to Wednesday, as for Thursday/Friday mama will choose what’s best to eat. Sat/Sunday if you’re free or up to it can try to make the dish they dislike most together as a weekend morning activities to lure them into eating right ? Hehe hope this helps and Best of luck mama !
