Sulit bab di tm 2

Halo Mama semuanya, mau tanya yah. Saya di tm 2 ini sulit bab, di waktu biasanya g ada mules tanda mau bab gitu. Udah coba nongkrong tetep aja g bisa, saya g berani ngeden2 soalnya takut baby kenapa2. Giman yah? Saya baru mau bab setelah 3 harian gitu dan g nyaman, padahalselalu makan berserat terus sama buah dan banyak minum. Ada saran g yah? Makasih 😘
