    ga perlu hb tiap hari bun, pas masa subur aja krn percuma hb sering kalo sel telurnya emg blm ada, ga ada yg dibuahin. Lagian kualitas sperma jg menurun kalo dipaksain hb sering2. kmarin sih ak kasih vit e sama minyak ikan omega 3 gt ke suami utk meningkatkan kualitas sperma.
