Best nutrition drink for 2 year old?

Milk powder for 2 year old

Hi. Home made drinks are the best for growing children. You can give them coconut water, lemon juice, plain milk (can add cardamom/turmeric/ginger if the child doesn't like it plain), fresh fruit milk shakes. I would not suggest chocolate milk powders available in the market as they're pure sugar. But if the child gets fussy, you can sometimes add any of the milk powders like Pediasure, Bournvita, Complan, Horliks etc.

Giving solids at night is not advisable because digestion takes more time for babies
