Hi mga mommies out there ask ko lang okay lang bang maging irregular yung period mo after manganak ? almost 7 months na since I give birth to my son and naging irregular yung period ko kahit na regular naman ako bago ako mabuntis thank you sa mga sasagot!🤗#theasianparentph

Prehas tayo sis. Super regular ko before mabuntis pero ngayon irregular na. Possible na factor din saken ang stress kaya nagiging irregular. Yung mga activities din siguro at mga kinakain. Tapos ang konte ko lang magmens. Pero ngayon nagtetake akong food supplement, grabe andameng buo buong dugo na lumabas. Sana maayus na at bumalik na sa dati sa mga susunod na buwan.
