Duphaston at progesterone heragest

Hi, good day mga momies, okay lang po ba itake ang duphaston at heragest? Btw, naka dupahaston ako for 30days, may natira pa kasi for 3 days na tablet 2twice a day ko iniinom,now po niresetahan ako na mginsert sa gabi ng heragest po. Okay lang po ba iyon iinom ako ng duphaston AM at PM den before bedtime insert ng heragest po? Thank u sa sasagot.
