Coba bunda cari tidur posisi yang nyaman Bun, dan minta suami buat pijitin Bunda :) cahaya kamarnya diredupin, atau minum susu hangat Bun Susu kaya tryptophan yang dapat memicu rasa kantuk dan membuat tidur lebih nyenyak Bunda Semogaa bisa sedikit membantu yaa Bun :)
