What else can I do??

Hi everyone. Unfortunately, I am one of those moms who struggles to produce milk even after trying everything I know (pumping every 2hrs, drinking tons of water, supplements, milk enhancing treats, hilot, etc.). I am only able to produce less than 60ml of milk in a day.at first but now even lesser than 40ml. I am thinking of selling my breast pump as I wanna give up on breast feeding but is there anything else I can do?? I'm losing hope...

Hugs mommy..Pinaka una is dapat di ka mastress..Unli latch and skin to skin kayo ni Baby..sabaw sabaw na food and malunggay supplements ..bigyan mo pa ng konting time sarili mo..kaya mo yan!Isipin mo hindi option ang formula..
