tidak bisa tidur

Hy moms, saya mau sharing Saya baru menikah bulan maret 2020, dan sekarang alhamdulillah sdh memasuki 13 weeks. Namun masih mual muntah ditambah pegal2 sekujur tubuh pada saat tengah malam. Sdh mencoba olahraga ringan dan peregangan otot namun hasilnya sama. Kadang kesian sm pak suami yg ikut bergadang mijitin. Tapi saya pun refleksnya rewel serewel2nya kayak bayi tumbuh gigi 😅😌.     Hallo bunda , ak jg ngalamin waktu TM1 mual parah bahkan ga masuk nasi , nah coba bunda minum susu hamil yg prenagen yang rasa yougurt bun itu seger klo di minum dan bagus jg buat nutrisi dedeny kalau gasuka susu yg rasa lain soalny yg lain itu eneg klo yg yougurt bisa pake es bun jd ga bikin mual , klo untuk pegel pegel banykin istirahat aj bun , klo ak pegel pegel ny di TM2 , smngt ya bunda
