Frequent HEADACHE

Hi mga sis.. Baka lang matulungan niyo ako.. I'm a working mom, with 1yr & 7months toddler and 11weeks pregnant.. During my 1st pregnancy, light lang ng morning sickness ko and now na nsa 2nd pregnancy ako parang sobra naman yung nafifeel ko.. Extreme ng pagsakit ng ulo ko to the point na magSL nkuh.. Halos everyday na sya with vomitting.. During check ups, sinasuggest lang saken ni OB na wag babangon agad, wag sa crowded places, well actually, ndi na tlga kame nakakaalis dahil nga lage akong nahihilo.. I never trief taking meds dahil nga buntis and wala rin binigai na gamot saken c OB.. Can anyone here help me? Any suggestions please.. Thank you! ❤️
