    selama sakit nya gak mengganggu aktivitas dan gak mengeluarkan flek atau darah, masih aman. perbanyak istirahat dan kurangi kerja berat . tapi kalau sekiranya rasa sakit menganggu aktivitas ataupun mengeluarkan flek maupun darah, segera periksa ke dokter supaya di beri penanganan
