Sleep problem

Hello mga Beshie.. may problema ako matulog sa gabi.. kapag natutulog kami around 10pm gigising din ng madaling araw mga 3-4am.. nagwoworry po ako kasi halos 4 hours lang tulog ko pero feeling ko buo naman tulog.. tapos pagdating ng 8am nakakatulog ulit hanggang mga 4pm-6pm na doon ko po nacocomplete yung 8hrs sleep.. any suggestion po para bumalik sa normal ang tulog ko?.. kahit di na po ako matulog sa tanghali ganun pa din po ang tulog ko sa gabi ???

    Inom ka ng maligamgam na gatas. Or chamomile tea bago matulog, listen sa instrumental music
