Can I still perform normal delivery?

During my 4 months pregnancy, I had my operation to remove a dermoid cyst. My OB that time confirmed that I can still perform normal delivery since my wound will be healed within 3 months. Is that possible even though I had my operation 4 months a go? Though I can feel that my wound is fully healed.
