Im 5months pregnant but my tummy is small is it normal? Or should i eat more para lumaki si baby? And at midnight when i woke up my nose are bleeding

if normal naman po si baby based sa ultrasound ok lang po yun. meron po maliit mgbuntis. normal po sa buntis minsan may nosebleed wag lng po mdalas, impt dn mamention sa OB para mcheck nya hemoglobin level
