Baby ears folding out when sleeping

Hi, has anyone encountered their baby's ears folding out when sleeping? It is hard to adjust my baby when he is sleeping as his ears will always folds out when he turns his head left or right? Wonder if there is anything out on the market that can help to resolve this.
