SSS Contribution for MAT Claim Benefits

Hi mga momsh, cno din po dto nagkaproblem sa pagkuha ng SSS list of contributions para sana makapagfile na ko sa Maternity benefits.. Nakalimutan ko na kc yung password ng registered email address ko. Kaya hndi na ako makalog in sa online acct ko. Anyone who can help or relate po? 😔
