More water than Formula Milk

Hi Is it bad for my baby boy to drink more water than his FM? madalang nalang siya kasi dumede e.nagwoworry na ako ang payat na niya. Lactum 1 to 3 FM niya ..natry ko na Bearbrand, Nido at Bonakid pero ayaw niya lasa. Yung Lactum mas okay kaso di nauubos 4 level of water na nga lang tinitimpla ko di pa nauubos msyado minsan lang pag talagang gutom. what to do mga mamsh ??
