Rashes or Allergy??

Hi mommies, I noticed my son's left a d right butt yesterday morning having these two huge inflammation. I don't know what happened. I just remembered all through out the night he is using this diaper. But I don't think that this is the reason. What should I do? Please advise. Thank you.

Try mo e change diaper niya sis. Nagka ganyan din baby ko nong maliit na diaper size pra sa size niya pero hindi ganyan ka laki.
