      Klu pregnant 1. kurangkn manis (air 3 in 1, cake dll) 2. Lebihjan serat 3. kurangkn fast food. Klu teringin better buat sendiri. 4. Nk mkn pedas boleh je, cuma kurangkan kekerapan dan level pedas yg kita pernah mkn masa x pregnant. Klu x rasa pedas langsung nnti x lalu pula nk mkn.
