May ngipin na si baby ng 3 months

Hello mga mommies. Ask ko lang sana sino naka experience dito na magka ngipin si baby ng 3 months old pa lang? And ang rare lang kasi hindi central incisor ung unang tumubo sa kanya. Upper teeth mga mommies. 2 pa. Di ko po mapicturan kasi di pa naman masyado nanganga si baby. Thank you
