Taking Vitamins

Hi Momshies! Paano nyo po nakakayang inumin ang 2 tablets of calcium, 2 tablets of iron and 1 omega capsule all at once? I'm having a difficulty po talaga regarding sa consistency ng pag take and madalas nasusuka ko lahat ng kinain ko every after take ko ng vitamins from my OB.

Shortness Of Breath
