Sign of Labor

39 weeks and 2 days na po ang tyan ko as of today.. but no sign of labor yet maliban sa paninigas ng tyan and minsan sumasakit ang tyan na parang tinatalian sa gitna. Masakit din ang puson ko. Sign na po ba ito? Aug 3 po ang due date ko mga mamsh..Any thoughts or suggestions po. Slamat
