Ok lng po ba na every 3days kng mag poop si lo. Breastfeed po sya.nagstart sya hnd mag poop araw araw ng mag 2months sya.until now ganun na lagi pag poop nya.

Mga momsh Ano po nireseta sa inyo ng ob nyo na pwdng pampalambot ng poop.im 2weeks postpartoom hanggang ngayon hirap padin mag poop.tinry ko senecot hnd nag work saakin.ang hirap lalot may tahi ako.??
