Abdominal Cramps

Hi I'm just 7 weeks pregnant, and may abdominal cramps po ako almost period like na nag lalast for about a minute or 2 tas kakalma pero feeling ko po anytime sasakit siya. tas masakit din po ang lower back. I saw my doctor and normal naman daw po as long as walang visible bleeding/spotting. di niya po ako pinag bed rest pero I'm not comfortable pumasok sa work, natatakot po kasi ako. In your experience normal lang po ba yun?
