How to sleep well?

I understand that it is good to sleep on the side, preferably the left side. I am at 11wks. However, I am so used to sleeping lying flat on my back. Any advice how to adjust to get used to sleeping side side?

Put a pillow on the right so that when you turn you will lie on it and still be tilted to the left :)
