Fighting Infertility

I am 48 yrs old but still have my regular period my husband is 75 yrs old still active I have a lump on my right breast for around 3 years.. I'm taking herbal supplement.. I take vitamin e d and c .. My husband is diabetic.. Is it possible we can have a baby... I'm a Filipino and my husband is Italian.
