Sleep Regression

Hi mga mamsh! Ask ko lang po how did you cope up with your LO’s Sleep Regression? Kailan nyo po naexperience ito? My baby boy is turning 1 this month po (THANK YOU LORD!). Nung nag 3mos sya regular na sleep nya at night is 19:30 then magigising na sya kinabukasan ng 06:00, but now since nawiwili sya maglaro, maglakad, magdaldal nagagalit sya pag papatulugin na sya. Anyways, sana lumipas nalang din to at bumalik na ung sched ng sleep nya. Hehe. Share po your experience with this matter. Thank you! ?
