Can do reflexology during early pregnancy?

Pain relief during labour.

I'm excited and in the same time scared awaiting for arrival of my little one to the world. i have heard a lot about pain relief during labour. Should i take pain relief or should i just bare the pain during labour? My EDD on 6th June.

bear with it if possible. epidural has side effect. my gynea don't recommend it but he said hospital policy, they will still standby.
