Hai ibu-ibu semua,nak tanya mcmana nak kawal pemakanan sbb berat naik 3kg sebulan😅😅.

Boleh cadangkan pemakanan sihat utk ibu mengandung.#pleasehelp

    mungkin boleh cuba; 1. kalau suka makan, makan dlm portion sedikit2 tp kerap. jangan makan byk sekaligus. 2. selang selikan waktu mkn dgn buah buahan /sayur sayuran sbg pengganti snek. boleh cuba kekacang tp make sure xde alahan 3. minum air masak sekerap mungkin tp bukan terlalu byk dlm satu2 masa. kurangkan minum air manis dan sejuk. 4. portion mkn mst ade kombinasi karbo dan protein utk make sure dpt semua zat2 yg perlu utk bdn. kte dpt nutrien, baby dlm kandungan pun dpt juga! 😉 semoga sis berjaya! 💪
