Halo bun.. Saya sedang hamil UK 16w dan sedang mencari2 info mengenai prenatal yoga, Adakah disini yg berhubung hamil di tengah pandemi menggunakan bantuan aplikasi untuk prenatal yoga? Kira2 aplikasi yg recommended apa ya?

    halo mbaa. mudah2an membantu yaa, saya skrg uk 18 week, suka ikut yoga dr youtube PsycheTruth atau kadang olahraga ringan dr channel Jennifer Bachdim pas lg hamil 😁
