Radang tenggorokan

Bunda.. Aku lg hamil 16 weeks.. Udh 2 hari ini radang tenggorokan.. Boleh minum larutan penyegar ga sih bund? Atau ada alternatif lain selain obat kimia.. Sakit bgt klo nelen.. Makan jd ga nafsu lg, pdhl baru aja mulai bisa makan nasi.. Help bund..
