Asking 1st food

Mga mii ano po 1st food ng mga babies niyo kaka 6 months lang po baby girl ko,ano po kaya pwede unang ipakain cerelac po ba or mga vegetables at fruits na agad na mashed ##pleasehelp po#advicepls po

Never kami ng cerelac and we try to avoid processed food as much as we can. Diretso soft fruits or boiled veggies kami. Mashed with fork para may texture pa rin at konting bits na pwede nya manguya ☺️ wait 2-3 days before introducing a new kind of food in case of any allergic reaction. Strictly no salt or sugar para hindi maging picky eater si baby ☺️ Until 1yo, main source of nutrition pa rin nya is milk, introduction pa lang ng textures and flavors ng solids ☺️
