Hello momshy! It is okay to take just folic acid ( ferrous sulfate )? Without the tablets of calcium because every evening and morning i drink a glass of milk and the same time eating different kinds of fruits.

Ano po ba nireseta ng ob mo sayo? Like sa akin, prenatal vitamins and folic acid on the first 3mos. Then after 3mos. Stop na ung folic. Tapos iron at prenatal vitamins na onwards
