Trimester pertama gak nafsu makan

Bun, ada yg sama gak yah.. Nafsu makan hilang apalagi nasi putih. Bau amis telor ikan ayam gtu mual.. Giliran ngidam ayam geprekc, rendang, tapi perutnya gak kuat alias mencret pdhal pedesnya mnurut saya biasa. Ada saran gak ya bu ibu? Bb sy turun 5 kilo skrg hamil 13week.
