33week 4days dah ada contraction

Hi mommies start semalam saya dah ada mild contraction, sampai lah ke 4am lepastu saya terlelap. Bangun pagi ingat dah takds masih ada cuma kejap dia kerap kejap dia jarak. Sakit mcm tahan period pain. Perlu ke gi pac ? Sebab esok saya ada appoiment dengan kkia? Saya ada gdm on insulin.
