Position of the baby

Hi! Just wanna ask. Last time nong nagpa ultrasound ako, the baby's position was cephalic. As in, grabe po yung urination ko very frequent po talaga. Pero itong past few days, hindi na po ganon ka frequent yung pag ihi ko. And sobrang nahihirapan po ako matulog on my left and right side kc masakit siya, basta iba po talaga sa pakiramdam. Tapos everytime na naka tagilid ako pag nakahiga, example po nakahiga ako on my right side, nararamdaman ko po na parang gumagalaw c baby. As in galaw ng galaw. Parang na iipit siya. Sa tingin niyo po, nag change ba ng position c baby? From cephalic to transverse position?
