Post Partum Hives

How do you treat hives if you are breastfeeding? I'm asking for a friend. Kakaanak lang nya a week ago and she is breastfeeding her baby. She's having problems at night kasi biglang nagka hives sya.

Hives can be sign of allergy, is she taking/eating something that causes it? Or sa init ba ng panahon? You have to treat kasi the cause else babalik balik lang.. ingat sa paginom ng gamot kasi breastfeeding sya.. calamine lotion/cream if its really itchy pero temporary fix lang..

It says here that my baby's weight at her age should be in the range somewhere at 13kg. Now I am worried that she's only 10.8 kg or sometimes 11kg. But when we went to the doctor last November 2019, the doctor said that she's alright. Should I really be bothered? Which is which?

kung doktor na nga po ang nagsabi na ok lang si baby, wag na kayo mapraning kasi ok nga daw po diba? wala po bang sense yung sinabi ng doktor sa inyo? you're welcome.
