Mitos haruskah dipercaya.?

Bun,saya mau tanya nih..kata ibuku,saya ngk boleh makan ikan lele katanya nanti klo lahiran takutnya sulit soalnya ikan lele kan ada patilnya..trus menurut bunda Gmna..??mitos semacam itu haruskah dipercaya,Pdhal Setau sya ikan lele kan bnyak protein nya buat bumil. Sarannya dong bun,..??

    Mlh bagus kox bund ikan lele buat bumil. Dlu sya pas hamil sesekali jg mkn. Alhamdulilah gak ppa
