black blood and bright red bleeding with blod clots

helloo, recently nag post ako na nagka roon ako ng maraming black blood after 5 days of my period. ngayon nag cocontinue pa rin sya at may bright red blood with blood clots na lumalabas sakin, malakas to the point na umaabot sa thighs ko. di ako sure kung buntis ako kasi nag ka period ako eh. what is it kaya? anyone who experienced the same?

good day, 4 days nang tapos yong regla ko, then ganito yong lumabas sa akin this past 3 days, mukhang discharge kasi maramj eh, ano kaya to? di naman sya mabaho at no sign of std's. don't want to overthink, pleasw can someone give me an answer?
