Apakah termasuk spech delay

Bun anak saya 18 bulan baru bisa ngomong mama papa iya nenen apa sama menirukan suara2 hewan , saya setiap hari kefikiran karena anak2 seumuranya ada yang sudah banyak ngomong, apakah ada bunda2 ya pengalamanya seperti saya😔
