Hi what should I expect in the first visit with the doc on my week 5 of pregnancy

I am little nervous and first time pregnant. Hence I would like to know what is going to happen

The doctor will just be asking questions and also telling you more about what to expect. There will also be an ultrasound scan but since you are still early in the pregnancy, maybe doing transvaginal instead of tummy.
